Stress is the body's natural response to demands or threats—fueling focus and action when balanced, but wearing on health when chronic. It shows up as tightness, irritability, racing thoughts, and fatigue, and can undermine sleep, immunity, and decision-making. While we cannot eliminate all stress, learning simple practices—breathwork to calm the nervous system, mindful movement to release tension, and small daily rituals to restore rhythm—helps shift stress from reactive overwhelm to manageable energy. Grounded awareness and intentional pauses create space to respond with clarity rather than react on autopilot.
